KML was created in 1992 to focus on car park management solutions. Building on many years of experience, we assist clients with the management of their sites, an assessment of how to best maximise income on existing sites and income stream generation opportunities on new sites.  We offer fully integrated solutions encompassing advice on appropriate equipment as well as planning, building and financing new and existing car park sites as stand alone entities or as part of a development.

KML always attempts to bring a fresh approach to parking and traffic management and apply innovative solutions to deliver a practical, cost effective and sustainable service tailored to meet our client's requirements.  The parking, real estate and national press have been quick to pick up on the energy of the company.  With parking receiving increased attention by sectors as far ranging as property to the public sector and politics, KML regularly features in the 'top 50' car park management companies in the UK, car park related articles and research.
